We ordered hot Café au lait large(mostly milk no taste of coffee- and extra charge for half half creamer) and ice honey hazelnut latte(no taste of honey and hazelnut- only sweet and a coffee taste). Not sure if it’s the young lady’s fault behind the counter or that’s how they’re taught to make the coffee. In the past there coffee were very good. Now I tried Tatte Coffee next block. Their coffee is way better. And we also ordered Bambolini Tres leches. There is no tres leches on it maybe just a squirt on a donut. But I didn’t taste it at all. Just taste like Krispy Kreme glaze donut. For the price French Workshop bill you. Should be better than this. I always love this bakery but not sure if I’ll be visiting them next time

The French Workshop 191 7th street Garden City NY 11530 The French Workshop is a true Masterpiece! The coffee is delicious, the sweets are so French! The service is good enough! After all, this isn't surgery! I say what I want, they give it to me, I pay, I go, I eat! Im happy!! I love the Almond Croissants! This is a great location though parking can be a little tough. The outdoor seating is a treat! I definitely recommend!

On Saturday, my husband, my niece, and I visited this place as we usually do. We are frequent customers, which makes this experience even more disappointing. My husband ordered a large coffee, and the staff handed it to him without informing him that the lid did not properly fit the cup because they did not have the correct lids for that size. As a result, the hot coffee spilled all over him, completely ruining his white clothing. When he approached the staff member to ask why he had not been warned, her response was simply, “We don’t have lids for that size.” There was no accountability, no solution, and the situation was clearly minimized. This is unacceptable. If proper lids were not available, this should have been clearly communicated beforehand. This could have been much worse — my eight-year-old niece could have been the one injured, and she could have been seriously burned. Overall, this reflects a serious lack of professionalism, basic safety awareness, and customer care. Very disappointing, especially coming from a place we visit regularly.

We got the chipotle chicken sandwich and the tomato burrata focaccia with a chai and mocha latte. The tomato burrata was very delicious with soft crunchy bread and flavorful tomatoes. The chipotle was more firm but still good, though the chicken was a little dry. The drinks were good, the chai was well made. Overall a great experience.

The cakes and cupcakes are amazing! Great desserts and a good selection of sandwiches. Great customer support. We had a mistake in our order recently and they made it right. I can't wait to go back. 😋 This is a cute spot for a quick bite or to sit and catch up with a friend. Love the atmosphere! The Nutella Latte is amazing! ☕ This place never fails! 💯🙌🏻
